The card machine charged my card TWENTY SEVEN dollars to wash my car. I was there 20 minutes. TWENTY SEVEN dollars. Highway robbery. Also, the sprayer TOOK THE PAINT OFF my car in several areas. Be warned ⚠️

Very bad experience. I put money into the machine, it took my money, but the car wash never started. There was no one there to help and no customer support available. I had no way to get assistance or get my money back. This place feels very unsafe and unreliable. I do not recommend using this car wash, especially when no staff is present.

I think this place took 5 years off my life. Card reader was not working. There is very little written help or directions. But by far the worst thing is these ultra colored soaps that explode everywhere while using the washing mechanisms. My hands and arms and feet are stained blue from these unnecessary dyes used in the soap. Additionally there was garbage in the bay that I was washing my car in. Overall terrible experience alongside my blue hands and presumably 5 years off of my life due to these toxic dyes

Place it’s kept clean. I started with $6 in cash and the timer went by so fast I couldn’t even get to the other side of my car before it even timed out and ran out of coin. Didn’t want to leave the job half way done, so then I used my card. When finishing it said my total was $8.50 but getting home an hour later I got a notification I was charged $15 !! In total I end up spending $21 on washing a corolla not including vacuuming.

Ray's Auto Wash is now under New ownership. . I was a loyal customer of rays when he owned it. And I'm very happy to report still a loyal customer . They've upgraded everything! From the soaps that is used to actual heated water. And you get way more soap now out of the sprayer. Waxes better as well. Also he hired staff to maintain the facility 7 days a week. The owner is very nice cool guy to talk to. And his employees are all very helpful and very friendly just like he is 👍 I'll miss Ray but this car wash has even gotten better than it was before. And it was really good before!
